Crème de Cassis (Blackcurrant; 700 ml, 15% vol.)

Blackcurrants, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and morellos of the Loire valley, vine peaches from Provence... from the first tasting, a conclusion affirms itself: the fruit crèmes of Combier are worthy of their name. The summer harvest gives absolute priority to the freshness of the fruits. In the shadow of the storehouses, red fruits and vine peaches are mashed for several months, then very gently pressed. From this light repose, the crèmes of Combier gain their richness and character - all of the fruit passes into alcohol, which is filled with its aromas and colour. The result: a taste of fresh fruit sought after in palaces.

Exotic Combier
  • 60 ml Royal Combier

  • 60 ml Grapefruit Juice

  • 60 ml Orange Juice

  • 20 ml Lemon Juice

  • A dash of Crème de Cassis
Shake with ice, strain into highball glass.
Blue Night
  • 50 ml Violet Liqueur

  • 30 ml Milk

  • 20 ml Crème de Cassis
Cement Boot
  • 1/5 Crème de Cassis

  • 1/5 White Crème de Cacao

  • 1/5 Green Crème de Menthe

  • 1/5 Coffee Liqueur

  • 1/5 Cognac
Slowly and carefully pour the ingredients in the order given into a liqueur glass (ideally a pousse cafe glass), taking care not to disturb the layers.
El Diablo
  • 45 ml Tequila

  • 15 ml Crème de Cassis

  • 15 ml Lime Juice

  • Ginger Ale

  • Lime Shell
Shake in iced cocktail shaker and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. .Top with ginger ale and add 1/2 lime shell
