Brown Crème de Cacao (700 ml, 22% vol.)

Outside the world of bar professionals, crème de cacao is perhaps not as well-known or intuitively familiar as the fruity liqueurs are. However, far from being merely a chocolaty speciality ingredient, it is essential in giving many drinks smoothness and simultaneously blending together different flavours.

Brown crème de cacao is the chocolat-y counterpart of coffee liqueur and can often be substituted for it (for instance, in a Black Russian cocktail).

  • 30 ml Vodka

  • 20 ml Rose Liqueur

  • 15 ml Brown Crème de Cacao

Shake all the ingredients well in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a glass half filled with crushed ice. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
